Existing staff there now are clueless, misguided, and judgmental. Poor decision making by them leading to many complaints. Never have I ever worked at an organisation with such shocking management. If your face does not fit then you will go nowhere in the business. I work in customer relations and the Team Leaders do not pull their weight.Majority of them have not got a clue how to work the systems and think they do a good job by delegating everything to co-workers to resolve. Management are never seen and also have no clue about what is going on in the department. Customer Services and Checkouts managers are an absolute JOKE. The place does not value its staff at all, its all take take take and no give. Holidays are constantly declined as FAVOURITISM is rife. And just this week we have been told that sales are low so majority of the team are having hours cut.
