There is deep inequality; ”Face-fitters" and "average yes men" get promoted leading to mediocre performance. The "yes men" think it's acceptable to mess with people's paid-time-off and social time and suggest "you're not a team player" if you raise a concern about this. If you do raise a concern, it won't be taken seriously.... just your career prospects will magically get worse. We talk about integration yet buy companies with no interest in actually learning what made them good in the first place (and trying to incorporate it!). There are no meaningful processes, no collaboration. We talk about "barriers to execution" but won't really address fundamental issues and don't embrace nor foster a 'speak up' culture - no matter what we plaster on the walls. The company runs on the goodwill of a few (and will burn them out until they either don't care or are spent). Employees aren't held to account. It's a shame. I love our values and what we stand for. We have potential but............ without being translated into something tangible it's just lip-gloss

Bullying enabled by HR. Rampant nepotism. HR has been a big problem here for years. They have invited many new employees to wite positive reviews to cover their complete lack of competence. Toxic environment of “yes” people looking to advance their careers, and stepping on you to get there is fair game. The company has Zero pipeline. The number of good people who have left is a scandal. If you start a job here, keep a diary, after a few years you can leave with a golden handshake like so many in the past!
