Pros

- Flexibility to work from home if you have the right manager. - Free fruit and coffee. - Some benefits like discounted gym memberships and basic health insurance.

Cons

- Hard working and knowledgeable people are being made redundant in favor of cheaper development in Asia. - No future for anyone looking to work in development in the UK. - No progression if you are one of the people left within the development team. - No Job security if your role doesn't fit into the 'Center of Excellence' in your region. - Mental health isn't taken as seriously as it should be even though staff are requesting assistance. - Below average salary. - Very little training is approved unless you're senior. - No Christmas bonus. - HR will write overly positive reviews on Glassdoor to try overcompensate for real staff members struggles with the company. Keep this in mind while reading.

Made staff redundant during Covid19 pandemic.

Pros

None. Zero. This place became my worst nightmare. If I could give a rating of zero stars across the board then I would.

Cons

Cons? Everything! The management team are cons. Every last one of them. Making 40+ employees redundant during a pandemic. Offering no support. Pathetic redundancy packages. An absolute joke. Pity the staff north of the border because everything is moving to Ruddington. Furlough doesn't apply because it is an American term they said.

Only interested in Sales figures, they don't care about the staff or products

Pros

The core workforce has a lot of good people

Cons

They clearly don't care about their products or customers needs, only care about the sales figures. They will happily ship poor quality products and as a staff member, you're seen as a "replaceable resource". Don't be fooled by their growth headlines, it is purely driven through an aggressive acquisition strategy that takes no account of the people within the organisation.
