      Pros

      - Very friendly and people to work with. - Opportunity to explore new technologies - Lots of new projects to work on - Very understanding management - Weekly fun activity and Innovation days, where you can work on your ideas - You will get your salary on time. Sometimes early.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is too much work. It's not a bad thing as every company/developer has these days.
