      Great portfolio. Big clients .

      Cons

      No career progression. No salary increment despite continuous promises from the management. No work life balance. You are expected to work non stop. Snobbish higher management, no respect for employees. Poor management.

      Pros

      I worked in the BHX Office. Great team, great clients, I feel a part of a larger team doing great things. Fresh fruit weekly, employee get togethers. Regular communication from senior management, Several ways to influence the organisation and work policies, Highly skilled team. At least yearly pay reviews and regular training opportunities. I personally was promoted twice within 2 years.

      Cons

      Very few- could use a few more parking spaces as that area in general is pretty packed.
