Overworked and underpaid. No appreciation, expected to work long hours without any acknowledgment. No support from management, expected to meet deadlines however then managers sit on work for months.

The definition of a toxic workplace. Bullying, no vision, constant infighting. No leadership, blame culture. I could go on. Avoid at all costs.

Good range of projects and opportunities to learn. Very good courses and on line programmes. Very exciting international growth also!

Cons

Projects are often urgent but that is often how the team really come together and you learn faster.
