Pros

The company pays for fancy events in order to give the impression that they care about their employees. It's easy to leave the company because there is nothing to make you want to stay.

Cons

Differing pay for the same roles across the company, overly corporate and sterile environment, no positive workplace culture, poor management, unfair employment policies such as no sick pay for the first 6 months of employment, no regular updates with management on progress, unbalanced workload (sometimes too little and sometimes way too much), absent management, poor induction, lack of communication with management. Strict hours with absolutely no room for flexible working, long working day which is unnecessary. Working from home is discouraged although senior managers do it all the time. Management do not pass probations for high quality staff and then act shocked when they choose to leave on 1 week's notice.

Terrible leadership

Pros

Flexible working (depending on your manager's discretion)

Cons

Incredibly out-of-touch leadership. They have no idea how regular employees are feeling or how to inplement change. They're just leaders because they were good in their previous roles, but this doesn't mean they should be leaders!
