      Pros

      Very forward thinking law firm - the firm listens to their employees and our wants/needs. As a new paralegal, I am given lots of advice and support and I have not been penalised for making mistakes. The work life balance is great and the firm is very inclusive. There are lots of great things to say about Jackson Lees!

      Cons

      The salary could be higher for roles such as solicitor/litigation executive, but for my role as a paralegal it is an average salary.

      Pros

      A forward thinking law firm that actually listens to its people. Its really refreshing to join a firm that actually understands its people's needs. It is not a stuffy traditional law firm and so many people have developed and excelled in their career here.

      Cons

      Whilst the initial starting salaries aren't the highest in the market they are fair and competitive
