- Minimal work-life balance - No team spirit and culture, team drinks often cancelled due to work, low morale - No predictability over tasks and time, tasks often coming in very late which could have been sent and finished much earlier in the day - "Sweatshop" culture, where "going above and beyond" only leads to being over-worked and under-appreciated - Stingy attitude over hiring new staff even when current staff severely overworked and stretched thin
