- Everyone genuinely cares about each other and wants to help each other. - Good benefits - private chef at the office, summer Fridays, socials and fun activities (sip & paint, pilates etc), private medical, product allowance. - Bonuses have been paid out each year I've been here. - Interesting training (recently AI and mental health).

Cons

It is very busy and high workload, but great team support to get the job done.

It is a great place to work, the people are so friendly and all want to work together as a team to do the best for jellycat. The CEO and CCO are very approachable and make time for everyone. Really enjoyed time here
