Senior leadership lacks emotional intelligence, HR knowledge and does not lead by example. Their poor reputation internally , as well as externally tarnishes credibility of the HR team. HR Senior leadership does not believe or practice diversity and inclusion, especially when recruiting for EAs. It is really sad to see so many great people leave the team so quickly because of the awful culture within the department.
