Pros

Cons

It was a nice place to work when I first joined.I had a mechanical bias was told this new warehouse would take on a lot of exciting automation work, then that moved to a third party. A couple years later, everything such as breaks was controlled on apps, it gave you a second countdown while on break. If you were working outside the building the device would not work, for required little used outlet flusing, you had to take pictures of the running water, which was not possible, you had to use your own data then use this devise to take pictures of your own personal devise. The ordering would take over 6 weeks. I've never in my life used a task management system so 1984. Training constantly lapsed, any additional training is given to favourites and it is not relevant to the role.
