      Pros

      Lots of time spent outside with the children Professional development No two days are the same I like watching the children grow and develop

      Cons

      The nursery is in a remote area which means that there is no bus or train route. Driving is a must.

      - Everyone is so welcoming, it can be daunting starting such a big nursery but all the staff even across other made me feel so welcome - They really care about their staff and their professional development - I love that everything is child focused and all about the child learning - the outdoor space is amazing, so much space

      Could be tricky to get to if you don't drive

      Pros

      All the staff are so lovely to work with, I’m really enjoying how much outdoor space they have and trips to their woods. It’s a really supportive atmosphere and i’ve really enjoyed learning new skills and knowledge through the free courses they offer & it’s exciting having the possibility to pursue a qualification while working here.

      Cons

      Only con would be it’s just a bit hard to get to without a car.
