The business acts on the surface like they care about employees but they really don’t. Basic staff benefits to scratch the minimum on CSR. The product is entry level for a TMC and the systems are very basic. Recent redundancies happened across the business disguised under performance management. Everyone is looking over their shoulder in case they are next. Micro management by less knowledgeable “managers” who don’t bring much to the team apart from barking about call statistics.
