As others have already stated, there hasn’t been a pay increase in many years. This is the reason why we have a high resignation rate. They would rather lose their current people than promote someone. Stay away from this company as there are many other companies out there who will compensate you better.

Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

Cons

No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
