There are many! Working from home. This gives me the ability to do my job without worrying about what my family needs. Growth opportunities! We are encouraged to apply to other departments. We have open communication with our team and leadership to review our goals and discuss other opportunities we may be interested in. My co-workers. Compensation Misaligned with Responsibility While the role offers a dynamic environment with significant impact, the current compensation structure does not fully reflect the extensive responsibilities required of the help desk team. As the primary point of contact, we are directly responsible for first impressions, client experience, and long-term retention. Managing these numerous moving parts successfully warrants a salary that is better aligned with the high level of accountability and value we bring to the business. Additionally I would say the work hours. We have a long day of 9-6 (1 hour not compensated for lunch).
