      Flexible and accommodating to family life with 2 small children! Great management with clear expectations and always there to help and guide you.

      Cons

      Due to nature of the industry the work changes quickly so not for those that don't want to work hard.

      Speak easy relaxed Small enought to get noticed and progress quickly You opinion really counts Discounts in venues Everyone gets on like a family.

      Cons

      No major cons director fell ill while I was there so we lost our new team. However 12 months on he is fine. You will get noticed if you not pulling your weight small teams
