Pros
- They gift out a lot of free stuffs - Super chill 9-5 job, nothing stressful you can easily be overqualified for the job if you are from an elite school - Good if you are pursuing your own business or having a second job as a yoga instructor or PT
Cons
- Minimal salary, not enough for you to live in London without family support - Very political, tiny decision needs million layers of approval, you may move slowly in the corporate ladder no matter how hardworking you are if you dont have a good enough relationship with the above, also the manager level salary is just as high as the junior level in finance - Some juniors in some brand may have a lil bit of attitude, and the environment can be very cliquey to some certain brands at a certain point of time, you can get isolated if you dont fit in the basic bish group, annoying :)
