Wide range of benefits offered, a generous pension contribution, and a pleasant workforce to be part of.

Cons

Pudsey office a little remote from good lunch options, however there are limited options available (Asda and a couple of small sandwich shops)

Pros

Warm welcome from all within the business ensuring I was supported and comfortable with my new role. The level of engagement from the SLT and management teams is fantastic - with the senior team being very transparent and approachable. There are plenty of activities and engagement days for colleagues to keep morale running high and bringing the teams together. Also, the investment in the learning and development function is top tier - where so many companies dial it back and let their learning and development offering wither and go to waste - Lantern is constantly developing and looking for bigger and better ways to engage both new and existing colleagues with their L&D experience.
