Pros

Good benefits, like dental/healthcare. Nice offices with okay technology.

Cons

Frequently piling on more responsibilities for less and less pay with little room for improvement. They hire managers that are bullies and implement unjust PIPs for a power kick. Systems track everything you do with unrealistic expectations of timings for each task - which are not up for debate or change. Pay is no longer increased in-line with inflation and it solely merit-based. Overall an awful place to work, with low pay, unclear training and responsibilities as well as some terrible management staff. Would definitely NOT recommend.
