Very reactive Agile and flexible working

Cons

Poor leadership - no one has made a good business decision in Europe for a LONG TIME So much money in investments that they are just throwing away in the UK as they want to put the money back into Australia Redundancies happen at least every 18 months due to the above

Pros

The benefits package is fantastic. Very competitive, and you can pick and choose to suit your lifestyle. The head office in London is a extremely nice environment to work in. Employees are spoilt.

Cons

1. The construction arm of the business is run like as an old boys club. If you are part of the gang you are in. If not, I would advise you move on. This is clearly recognised throughout the business, and senior leadership appear to not want to/ or can’t do anything about it through fear of upsetting the long-standing construction MD. 2. Core Values - some of them are not worth the paper they are written on. 3. Don’t be disillusioned by the beautiful office. Scratch the surface deeper and you will see the cracks.

a lot of staff churn some mis-judged hires senior leadership churn everything cascades down from Sydney office - UK is restricted not very diverse - a young office
