Pros

No pros at the moment

Cons

Loved the team I was with until they got rid of our department and expected us to train the new team that was overseas in a matter of days. Feel like a trending downward spiral

Pros

Making one of the diabetic supply brands.

Cons

This is definitely not the LifeScan of old. Different culture from when they were with Johnson & Johnson. I’ve had great managers and co-workers here, don’t get me wrong. Just understand that you can work hard (with passion and loyalty) all you like, but at the end of the day, you are just a dollar sign to the higher ups. I’m sure a lot of companies are like that, but it’s disheartening when you know how it used to be to there. If you want experience, go for it. If you want transparency, professionalism, getting paid your worth (they pay some of the lowest wages), and true appreciation, look elsewhere - this is not the company for you.
