Company failing - filed for bankruptcy and restructuring. Any new structure will not address real underlying issues - poor management, continually making poor decisions that have taken company from blue chip, market leader to bankruptcy. Lost touch with customers, declining demand for existing old technology products, declining market share, no innovation or new products - promise of CGM appears hollow keeps being pushed out - couldn’t integrate diabetes pump business or insulin delivery system - launch of CGM seems unlikely. Continual cost cutting to offset declining revenues.
