Management is that poor that I can hardly find words for it. Management starts not with the team leaders it’s starts with the operation managers and these guys definitely haven’t understood to be a manager is not to treat people like slaves or because they’ve a lower position. Treatment is absolute disgusting and I’ve never worked for a company like that before. Can’t even talk to them everything needs to go to team leader first who then struggles to address it.

Can be selective when it comes to jobs and not using full potential of staff, bring their sick day policy in line with other companies as only 5 days sick leave allowed a year which causes stress for many employees
