There’s no long-term prospect for the employees of Lifeplus. People who stay here tend to be stuck in their positions. The absent leadership of Lifeplus rarely provides support and guidance to employees, and we never really get exposed to opportunities for learning and advancement. The work environment here is lackluster and provides no meaningful growth to employees.

It always feels like there are not enough people and somehow everything is still expected to get done. Management is rough and most managers talk down to staff like basic respect is optional. You are not allowed to speak up directly, everything has to go through layers that go nowhere. HR barely helps and usually just disappears when things get messy. Job postings feel misleading since roles never seem to open for real. The company talks a big game about values, but it all feels fake once you see how little support or training anyone actually gets.
