      Very dynamic, a lot of flexibility and creativity, just put yourself forward in the areas you like to explore more and do stuff. No micromanagement, you have the area of responsibility and you can navigate around it freely as long as you keep making revenue and your customer is happy A lot of cultural diversity, cross functional teams, project variety

      Due to dynamic nature, a lot of changes happen, with a lot of going on it's easy to lose focus. Lack of promotion
