Charge code culture is toxic
No training, for grads or more senior members of staff
Badly managed and structured teams
Struggles to embrace change, or listen to new ideas
Seems to prefer to hire people with skills instead of training staff (Even though staff are willing to do the training)
Grad scheme is a waste of what little money is spent on it
Seems to have a 'it's not what you know but who' culture when it comes to career progression
Flexi-time isn't really flexi-time, you have to do 75 hours in two weeks and the hours are capped so you can't do too little or too many a week.
Mixture of line manager competence, can cause confusion when information is shared through them.
