Pros

- Large firm with a lot of resources - Active asset management approach which really lets you add value to your portfolio companies - Management don't micromanage and entrusts the employees to do their jobs

Cons

- Don't invest in employees. Incredibly high turnover even at the partner level. - If you're not from Texas you will not have a long tenure - Toxic environment. I would never recommend this firm to anyone - No one leaves with a positive feeling from this company - They do not pay you based on what you make the firm
