      Pros

      Usual pros of a nice comfy office with good facilities inc free parking and gym onsite. Under the cover though its a business where doing the right thing for customers genuinely matters. The culture is inclusive with approachable people and collaboration is encouraged.

      Cons

      At times the pace and volume of work means we’re very delivery-focused, which can make it harder to step back and focus on the bigger picture.

      Was my first job outside uni, was good, there was lots of different projects to work on and you pick up a load of skills

      Cons

      Sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed, because youre working a fast paced environment

      Great Purpose and Great Colleagues

      Pros

      I've been here 7 years and it continues to be a really positive experience, with a very warm culture and a clear purpose to help Customers in financial difficulty. Fast paced environment and lots of opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Difficult but rewarding roles, dealing with debt issues. Fast pace isn't for everyone.
