Pros

- good balance of email, phone, chat times - managers are ok and they do weekly 1-2-1, check in on you - proper training for the job

Cons

- there's definitely some favouritism - was let go with no notice whatsoever - salary is low and they mask it with little prizes and things

Fun, great culture, good incentives, great brand.

Cons

A little disorganised, teamwork and communication between teams, growth & progression is limited ( you will get it, its just you will still be doing the same thing afterwards )
