Unless you intend to become a leader with no interest
developing your team with a ‘’figure it out yourself’’ mentality, I recommend this company to you. It will be at least another decade until they will be at the same level as other brokerages. I strongly advise to start your career at a brokerage where they focus on technical skills rather than a ‘’boys club/high school “ squad.
