Nightmare after nightmare ever since I joined this terrible company. Let me try to provide a sample of why you should avoid joining at all costs!! 1) Terrible culture of favoritism. Your hard work and value to the company is absolutely iuseless. The leaders have their favorites, most of whom are not very good but they get all the recognition, credit and promotions. Sure, every company has this but it’s an epidemic at ClarusONE. 2) Prevalent bullying culture!! Expats from the US in particular can behave as terribly and bully whoever they want they will ALWAYS get away with it. One Sr Manager is known for his sarcastic and rude personality and publicly insults everyone, but despite complaints, no action is ever taken! Disgrace! 3) Boring work that will destroy your career. Most work involves clicking buttons on old IT systems which is so suffocating! It’s hard to find work that’s mentally stimulating. Such work won’t grow your career! No not at all! 4) Incapable managers. Many Sr Managers and Director have never managed anyone in their life and yet they are appointed to such positions!! Try assessing that!! No surprise that lots of people are leaving this company and there are many unfilled roles since no one wants to join them. My advise is to avoid this company and look for something better.

- Management: My take is that they've been around far too long and are just collecting a pay check now. Beyond that, there isn't a lot of transparency into what the company is doing. The company has made some big moves recently, some of which employees read about in the news before an internal communication was sent. -Industry: Pharma distribution is rough right now and it doesn't appear to be getting better soon.
