      Pros

      Great place to work. Fun and varied job roles with no one day the same. Great career progression opportunities. Menkind management have made lots of positive changes over the last 2/3 years to build more of a community within the workplace. Employees are put first. One of the best retail companies I’ve worked for and I really enjoy my job.

      Cons

      None really! It can be hard work but the more effort you put in the more rewards are given back. So not really a con!

      Pros

      Get to fly drones around customers... drones that progressively have been downgraded throughout the 6 years I spent in Menkind. They have now got to a point they are not safe to fly in public... We must fly them 5 hours per day to keep on top of KPI targets.

      Cons

      A extremely snakey company, great for people with little to no morals. You will be selling dangerous products to children. Very low pay. Will be offered bonuses over the phone for managing multiple shops through peak times then have them retracted after the holiday season... (even when they all hit above target) Demo line drones can unexpectedly explode while on charge. (instantly spreading flames over 2 meters) you will be expected to push these on teens and children... The integrity of the company is at an all time low, staff safety in high-street stores is not considered at all. The products are constantly getting recalled due to being highly unsafe. Even when warned about highly dangerous products by store managers the upper management brush this under the rug until the vast majority of the product has been sold then ask stores to recall what is left. Upper management literally all suffer from napoleon complex.
