The majority of the people in this company are lovely and want to support each other. The pay is reasonable with good holiday and benefits. Great place to work for sales representatives. Provide progression opportunities and skill development but happy to loose talented individuals.

Cons

Toxic management team who know the issues but are not solving the problem. Constant restructures with no improvement to office environment. Majority of the team would burn out or break down on a regular basis.
