      Pros

      Strong culture of Diversity and Inclusion. Highly professional change management is in place across all organisation.

      Cons

      You can be very lucky with a boss and their leadership style or very unlucky. Both cases are possible at MetLife and the company will not do anything with a top management, if they have any "mental disease e.g.mood disorder or bipolar (not treated)" or not proper/disrespectful behaviour
