Directors think they are royalty, who can throw their weight around, show little gratitude towards those who actually do the work and think you should stay late to complete something they given to you at quarter to 5. Salaries are a joke, and moreover no reward for working hard, no recognition, and directors get tickets to football and Motorsport and basically brag about it. A company run by a load of dinosaurs with no respect or care for staff. Did not have one performance review or goal setting whilst I was there. The company wants people to stay in their roles for all eternity and not growing on their positions. The number of individuals with obnoxious, lazy or arrogant personalities is ridiculous. Never punished and you can include management and directors in this. To sum it up this company is very backwards. It was a complete culture shock when I joined, and I doubt it'll ever improve. Early start, long hours and lack of recognition and career prospects are a real put off to you I hope. Salary increases are absolutely laughable, whilst the directors probably get yearly salary increases touching 4 digits, whilst the rest of us do the hard graft. I regret joining this company, years of my life I'll never get back

I have never worked in a company like this. The management has no idea what are they doing, even the higher management can not write a proper email, no training whatsoever, 30 years old system, chaos everywhere, long hours
