Friendly coworkers that are always willing to help Lifestyle environment for those transitioning to retirement, or who want to prioritize family and life over work

Cons

Efforts are rewarded with salary cuts, no salary reviews after two years, and depreciating stocks vesting after a long time. Expect your vacations to be mostly spent on company shutdowns. Loyalty is not appreciated and rewarded here. If you are willing to excel in your career, expect a lot of obstacles to demotivate you down the road.

- great team - good work from home/office balance - I enjoy the day-to-day work

Cons

- underpaid for the experience level living in this city - makes saving for large purchases (such as a home) very hard - the main benefit of working here used to be that they never did layoffs, but we just had one this year
