      Pros

      Good benefits Some staff are really lovely. Good sized firm with lots of departments. Are quite good at having social events and team outings.

      Cons

      Lack of scope for progression - often like to hire external over internal. Many issues with IT. Have also made obtaining a training contract much harder. Lack of appreciation. Very different environment and experience based on what team you are in.

      Pros

      Incredible culture and colleagues who are a joy to work with. Good range of clients and opportunities to develop as a fee earner.

      Cons

      Silo mentality needs improving, a lot of solo work and it would be good to work on more matters which are partner - driven, particularly for the junior lawyers. Improvement of pay structure and bonus opportunities would be welcomed. IT lack of integration between offices is being worked on but does urgently need addressing.
