Pros
- Management are generally supportive and willing to help where possible - Free meals everyday - Nursery has a strong team culture with team helping each other where they can - Positive parent partnerships are encouraged and maintained especially with use of the app - The nursery is clean and well maintained. The children do seem happy and settled and their wellbeing is prioritised
Cons
- Staff are expected to complete certain training requirements in our own time. Spent a long time doing the 'attensi' training a couple of months back and still have not been told if/when we get our overtime or TOIL - Pressure to attend events outside of working hours including weekends and several evenings a month affecting work-life balance - Rooms are above capacity and room managers being told to "move a child to another room" for the day
