      Nice office and benefits, but low pay and poor management

      Pros

      Good benefits, mostly nice people. Lovely city centre office with great facilities.

      Cons

      Higher-ups are tone deaf and completely out of sync with reality. Salaries are atrociously low across the company compared to industry standard. It's difficult to progress as the company care more about the 'bottom line' than ensuring people feel like they can grow a career. Annual redundancy cycles and poor pay for performance reviews mean there are a several times of year which feel unsettled.
