Good development and training offered. Good choice of flexi working Good IT support

Cons

Could be a great place of work if there wasn't the nepotism. It all depends if your face fits and this is with all depts. There is a huge wave of people getting jobs through who they need. Equality has reversed and we have corrupt. Managers employing their friends friends. HR is diabolical and payroll out sourced. Just have to be lucky with the right manager. Left after a long service, not appreciated

Tea and biscuits during ward round at Naseberry Court.

Cons

I left because they didn't follow their own zero-tolerance bullying policy. Being a mental health NHS department full of mental health professionals, nurses etc you would have thought they could have stopped the bullying and done a better job of looking after my mental health.
