Pros

Nothing. Ok maybe a little harsh the discount is quite generous and the uniform allowance is quite good.

Cons

Everything, management suck and are extremely jealous of more successful individuals at university and talk down to you. They wont hesitate to shout at you in front of customers, I have seen a colleague shouted at in front of a customer to which the customer decided to complain about the manager and no action was taken. Managers are untouchable and need bringing down a peg or two.

Great team spirit, the company's values are infused into everything you do whether that's the morning meeting or actually serving customers making you feel like you're part of a bigger mission and not just a nameless/faceless cog in a big machine.

Cons

Management were often mainly concerned with how you could get them to look better in front of more senior management but that's probably all companies.

-Usually selective when hiring so they get the best most energy full employees.. so that provides a good work environment -decent pay for part-time -Social able - Cheap shoes and clothes

Cons

-Poor management based on the following reasons If you wanted a holiday there was no guarantee simply based on the fact that if a manager wanted it then they would get it before you zero flexibility with hours. I was part time and was expected to work every single Saturday and Sunday for two years which is awful they do hours which suit the two main managers (ie head coach and assistant head coach) and really do the other coaches over Massive turn over in staff based on poor head management -MY ONLINE DISCOUNT WAS REFUSED TO BE SET UP AND I WORKED THERE TWO YEARS !!!!!!!
