      Company visions are not mirrored in managers

      The company has a great vision and is incredibly charitable

      Cons

      The company vision is not followed by all Patrao’s, if this was acted upon then it could be a truly great company to work for, unfortunately at regional to restaurant level the profit line expectations are above the need to “create lasting happiness.” Some regional managers lack empathy.
