Pros
The culture is genuine. People are aligned on the mission in a way that's rare, and that comes through in who gets hired and how they show up. You're practising real preventative medicine, not reactive and not rushed, with technology that's legitimately impressive. Doing that in clinics that are beautifully designed makes it feel unlike any healthcare setting I've worked in. For anyone who went into medicine wanting to do something creative and forward thinking with it, this is it.
Cons
Fast paced and can feel chaotic as the company scales. There's sometimes friction between clinical and operational teams on direction, which needs active communication to manage well but not unusual for a hyper growth scale up!
