Pros

Company Culture: The overall work environment and company culture are great. People treat each other with respect, and the communication style across teams is open, transparent, and supportive. Exceptional People: The colleagues and team members are amazing—both as highly skilled professionals and empathetic human beings. Working alongside them has been a true highlight.

Cons

Disappointing Approach to Working Mothers & Flexibility: Despite the outward emphasis on a great culture, the reality for employees returning from maternity leave is nearly impossible. Instead of accommodating an existing, proven internal employee, management chose to hire someone externally, also they don’t keep positions (like hire someone for maternity leave only) Lack of True Inclusivity: It is deeply frustrating to experience firsthand that the company's "supportive" culture doesn't extend to supporting working mothers when they actually need flexibility.
