Great place to grow and work with cutting-edge technology. The culture is collaborative, and there’s strong support for innovation and learning. Leadership is approachable, and you get real ownership of your work. A solid environment for anyone interested in SASE, cloud security, and modern networking.

Good solutions, some professional people, work remotely, good salary.

Cons

A company focused only on money, not people. I have seen a lot of people fired just because they don't reach the goals one month or because some manager does not like them. There is a lot of stuff turn over. If you are looking for job stability I do not recommend this company. The salary is good, but does not compensate for the quality of life. The Bank Holidays in your country are not respected, they invite you meetings outside of your working hours and you have to accept if you don't want be fired.

Pros

In 20 years, this is easily the best organization I have worked for. Pioneers in cloud security backed by incredible investors and the friendliest and open team who join together to take on the big challenges and win. The CMO and marketing team over the past 18 months have accelerated the brand awareness of Netskope and the capabilities on offer and are changing the market for cloud security through new and innovative approaches. Netskope not only have the best technology in this space but are now being recognised for this.

Cons

Not really a con but expect to work hard. Current growth is incredible but also is very demanding.
