- Good flexible work culture - Hard-working colleagues - Great mission - CEO loves "why not" culture of innovation and new bets - great opportunities for experiments and building your career

Cons

- Very distributed/remote, so can be hard to build culture - Very focused on incremental gains/marginal improvement, sometimes at the cost of bigger bets - Pay is low for most roles relative to peers in market, so attracting good talent for some roles was a challenge
