      Pros

      Nice working environment, and welfare in general. Structured working routines.

      Cons

      Not ideally for my commute distance. Can not utilise fully of my degrees.

      Wonderful company with incredible people

      Pros

      Advanced are a company that actually care about you as a person. They offer incentives, bonuses, good starting wage, perfect schedule and a whole lot more. The training is very full on but everyone is happy to answer questions and run you through things 4 to 5 times if that's what you need. I can't recommend it enough!

      Cons

      The only negative I have encountered is that my job role wasn't really explained to me until after the first week of being employed, so we didn't really know what we would end up doing. But now I'm head into the role and I love it!

      I was diagnosed with Anxiety after working for them.

      Pros

      Would be a place to learn some IT trouble shooting knowledge. But there are much better places out there with proper training. One hour unpaid break. You will become a pro in admin work as they will throw so much admin work at you. They do not believe wasting time on training and believe in learning the system as you go. They offer really strong Coffee as you need it to get through the day.

      Cons

      Really unhelpful Supervisors. No training given. So much admin work was allocated where I had to work 3 to 5 hours after my shift to complete them. The best part is after resigning the HR department is asking me to pay the company £150 for leaving them. Every Analyst that left after me said the best thing they did was to leave One Advanced.
