      No pros working here at all

      Cons

      Everything. Salary is extremely low Poor staff morale Terrible CEO Nearly everyone has been made redundant. July and August Friday half days got scrapped for no reason.

      There were some good people to work with

      Low average pay, too much work with not enough people, apparently failing on targets that lead to outsourcing the entire devops, without enabling us to do our jobs efficiently or effectively. I’m sure it’s gearing the company up to be sold.

      Nice team mates. Some very capable individual contributors Full remote working

      Cons

      Two redunancy rounds in as many years. Management are very slow to make up their minds about direction. The company had an internal relaunch about 15 months ago, with the promise of an improved business. I'm still yet to see any material changes in my role. The CEO recently described staff as a "salary bill". Which gives you an idea of how staff are thought of as just an expense.
