Pros

Ever since Simon took over he's been gutting the workforce with no end in sight. The pay is awful, way under the industry average. There's basically no benefits except for the bare minimum "perks at work" even then it's not great. No Christmas party. All suggestions and complaints are ignored by upper management. They reduce the workforce and wonder why service gets worse. They lose customers and then reduce the workforce to save money. Roles are being outsourced overseas. There's no long term stability. The workload keeps increasing, so much red tape you can't get anything done. Long story short, no matter your role you'll be expected to work at 100% while being underpaid, underappreciated and they'll get rid of you in a heartbeat.
